Lukily, I don't like coffee. I can't take it as it is too "heatiness" for me. Unfortunately, it seems that I can't give caffeine a miss as I am a tea addict! Mental illness? As you can see here, I am still pretty sane!

I've never been addicted to coffee, but I do drink it on occassion. I sometimes drink it just to go along with others who drink it too and be able to join in in their morning talk, hahaha. Jesus, if such a tax would be impose, we can kiss national debt goodbye indeed.

Well, we are in good company indeed, hehehe. Coffee is irresistible, man, 'coz it's that good. Yeah, I think you'd suffer more shaking the habit off than take it up, hehehe.

I think it's crap. Humans have been safely consuming coffee in moderate doses for 1,000 years of epidemiological evidence, and caffeine in general for even longer. Fact is that for most people, coffee is completely irrelevant to their health. Yet since so many people identify with a daily coffee, wives tales abound and they never die.

[...] Nerve wrote an interesting post today onHere’s a quick excerpt Just in case there’s not enough to regulate out there, I just stumbled across another “social issue.” It’s a shocker, too. If you drink too much caffeine a day, you may have a mental disorder. At least that’s according to the American Psychiatric Association’s, Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, which defines the following mental disorders: Caffeine intoxication; Caffeine-induced anxiety disorder; Caffeine-induced sleep disorder; and Caffeine-related disorder not otherwise [...]
