		<description>How is the value assessed exactly? I was under the impression that the value of a site is roughly ten to twelve times monthly revenue, plus the value of any licenses or custom coded content.    In the case of a blog I am curious how Technorati decides value. Perhaps backlinks or subscribers to the feed?  </description>
