A Bit of Legal Humor

Here in the States, we have more lawyers per capita than any other country, with an estimated 1 lawyer per every 265 Americans.

Topping the list is Washington D.C., with 276.7 lawyers per every 10,000 residents. Where are the least laywers? North Dakota. (See table to find out where your state compares.)

In this week’s “email funnies” that arrived in my inbox was this article about “Grandma Goes to Court.” I’m not sure if it’s true, but it is cute.
