Since this is a “Do Follow” blog, the links that you provide in your comment should get some back link traction with the search engines. You can give this a bit more “oomph” by clicking on any of the social networking icons that appear on the article that you are commenting on.
These icons look like the image below.
The easiest tool to use is probably the “Stumble Upon” network, that’s pointed out on the toolbar example. When you click on it, the page containing your hyperlink should show up. Type something brief and submit. If you don’t have an account, you’ll see a registration link. It’s free.
The second easiest tool is the “De.li.cio.us” bookmarking service, that looks like a white, blue and black checkerboard. Again, you need a free account to use it. Bookmark the page with your link for some added search engine juice.
These things take only a minute or so, but can help boost the value of the link that you’re providing here. Obviously, it will probably help this site, too.
