I've only done a portion of the links so far and had a brand new website go to PR5 within weeks. The April report is the one that has the nine PR8 sites. There's a lot of stuff sold on the Internet these days that offer some help, but nothing really earth shattering. This is one of the few that delivers tremendous value for little money.
