This method will not be for everyone.
If you have a site that deals with strange or unusual things (like UFOs or ghosts) and possibly conspiracy theories, you need to sign up for an account over at Godlike Productions, which is an amazingly active forum. Read through some of the posts to get familiar with it. Some of them are childish; others have some pretty interesting articles.
Provide a link to a page on your site in either a new thread or as a response and you will get tons of traffic within seconds. Make sure you stay “engaged” in your thread on the forum so it’s clear that you’re not spamming. Here’s a screen shot of some traffic I’ve seen just by posting a couple of links a few minutes ago.
This traffic stream will go on for the next hour or so. I usually get at least 100 unique visitors a day using this method, but you do need to be creative and engaged in the forum.

Did not know about this forum before. Thank you for informing us. Threads on forum looks very fun and interesting. I will try to get some traffic using this forum, but not just that, I am sure I will find many fun things on it. Thanks again

Does this kind of traffic help us in anyway…like increasing our business or geeting genuine user/visitors….is there any specific way to get targetted traffic like this..
This looks great, so does this allows you to have a signature link at the end of each post, I don’t think the visitors will be target traffic but any kind of traffic is traffic right..
Actually, I think you can do a signature … I just haven’t done one there. It’s good for fast traffic but you’ll need to link to oddities to get people to visit. If you post something pretty wild, you’ll get lots and lots of visitors! Great for pumping up your Alexa rating, but I don’t think it will result in much income.
