No matter what type of blog or website you are publishing, the Voxant News Room is a source of endless and current content. You’ll even get paid a bit for it, too.
The Voxant News Room, which was recently acquired by Grab Networks, offers a huge collection of videos from over 300 news sources. You can easily find in-depth news related to your niche, embed it to your site, and build a community of regular visitors.
When I use it, I generally write a small summary so that I have some keywords to attract search engine visitors, and then I copy and paste the embed code.
Let’s say, for example, that you had a blog about weight loss. On those days that you can’t think of something to write, visit the News Room and run a search for current news about weight.
As you can see, I used a few keywords so that I would have broad results. The advanced search will let you refine your search by excluding words, identifying the source (for instance, United States stories only), specifying a date range and so on.
Over 2800 results showed up in my search.
Just click the “date” link that appears above the search results if you want the newest stories to show up first. When I did this, I had to scroll down to find something relevant because some sports related videos appeared that I was not interested in. A couple days ago, a news article was posted about the New Life Diet Plan.
You can click the link of the video to watch it. If it’s something you like, simply click the “embed” button to get the code to paste into your site.
Preview the video and click the embed button if you want to use it.
After clicking the “embed button,” just follow two easy steps in which you verify your account, you select the display size of your video, and you copy the code.
Make sure you write a little blurb about your news story so you get some keyword juice.
You can also set up feeds in the account which will update with the latest news on various subjects such as education.
