Today’s Upgrades

For security reasons, if you’re using Firefox, be sure and upgrade it today.  The new 3.0.13 fixes a compromise in SSL communications and fixes a few bugs.  You should see an automatic upgrade prompt when using Firefox, but if not, click your “HELP” link on the menu and the “CHECK FOR UPDATES” link in the submenu.

Running a WordPress blog or two?  The update came in some time yesterday.  It’s easy to upgrade nowadays …. just click the “Please update now,” backup your database, and follow the one-step prompt.  Like the Firefox update, WordPress’ update fixes some security issues.
