Internet Neutrality Rules To Be Announced

The FCC will announce tomorrow new rules governing the Internet that includes net neutrality. (The video should load in a second or two.)

FCC chairman Julius Genachowski is expected to announce a plan that will prevent service providers from charging customers for bandwidth based on what they use it for, and prevent content limitations based on who you buy access from. The anticipated ruling will fulfill President Obama’s campaign promises.
