I had some questions in another forum about where to find decent policies page generators, especially with the potential $11,000 FCC fines.
There are some free and paid policies generators that I reviewed in one of my previous posts. I highly recommend Shawn Casey’s product because it is written by a lawyer who spent months talking with the FCC.
For sites that have reviews, you might want to consider using the suggested language provided by paid-to-blog types of services. In my opinion, I think Pay Per Post has the best language, which can be integrated into your footers and disclaimers page.
For health and fitness blogs, it’s imperative that you add a medical disclaimer on every single post, which can be easily done in the footer. I have a sample here — make sure that you have a legal professional review it and that you rewrite it to match your site.
