Today’s phase is to get ready for automation. The “info” portion of the site will contain articles that I have rewritten from PLR sources. I am almost done with this and will have three months’ worth of uniquely written blog posts.
A lot of people do not spend much time rewriting their PLR articles. Perhaps I am too picky, but I choose to do so for the benefit of the reader. Sometimes the articles have grammatical or factual errors, or they just sound kind of stupid to me.
However, this is time consuming. To add to my efforts in keeping the site fresh and constantly updated, I am also using Instant Blog Submitter, which I talked about here. The $4.97 trial is still active, so check it out now.
The first thing I did was set up a profile. It’s easy to do. (The image is linked to my product review.)

Since this is a pretty specific niche, I found a health-related site that offers free RSS feeds and added its feed to the software. Then, I decided to add a random schedule. The software can be used to create fixed schedules for posts (i.e., every Monday morning at 9:00 a.m.) or random posts, such as what I decided to do.

The RSS feed, combined with the articles that I am posting, will keep the site fresh and active. This portion of the site is monetized by Adsense. We’ll see how that goes as time progress.
