When I started out this case study on October 4, 2009, I chose the domain “Cellulite Is” based on the keyword research. I was hoping at that time that I could meet or beat the #3 position in Google. The site went live on October 13.
Yesterday, we were at #10.

When we started this out, the keyphrase I choose was “cellulite is.” This morning, the page is now in Google’s top 10 search results for “cellulite is ” (without the quotes). That’s out of 3,100,000 results. I’d say that’s not too bad for a site that is not even a month old.

Last night, I finally finished the CelluliteIs.com site. I have some more autoresponder messages to write and some other things to do, but for now, there’s something workable to start sending traffic to. We started this project on October 4 with a domain and hosting purchase.

The final installations have been done, including adding in a duplicate content filter for Wordpress. I am currently working on the autoresponder sequence. The site should be visible tomorrow, although I am not sure that I’ll have the autoresponder done by then. Stay tuned!
